Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience to our customers in-store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, responding to queries and concerns.

• Provide product information, features, and variations.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

• Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database.

• Assist customers with purchases, returns, resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
 

Skills:

• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Sales and Merchandising:

1.⁠ ⁠Meet and exceed sales targets.

2.⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and events.

3.⁠ ⁠Maintain visually appealing displays, restock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness.

4.⁠ ⁠Participate in visual merchandising and store design.

Operations:

1.⁠ ⁠Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

2.⁠ ⁠Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and store deposits.

3.⁠ ⁠Maintain inventory accuracy, report discrepancies, and participate in stock counts.

4.⁠ ⁠Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Additional Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Participate in training sessions and workshops.

2.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

3.⁠ ⁠Provide feedback on products, customer trends, and store operations.

4.⁠ ⁠Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

1.⁠ ⁠High school diploma or equivalent.

2.⁠ ⁠Previous retail or sales experience.

3.⁠ ⁠Product knowledge in fashion, beauty, or related industries.

4.⁠ ⁠Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Work Schedule:

Mondays to Saturdays. We observe globally recognised holidays only (such as Christmas Day).
